Assembly

Selected FLAT Blade fixed louver  clamped in to a parallel frame ,Joined with an extruded aluminium cross member.Cross member an 18mm outside diameter spacer inserted between blades to be spaced at desired pitch and vertical spacing of member. Cross member are clamped at both ends using a stainless steel screw which screws into the core of an internal member. Tono outdoor louver are installed either horizontal or vertical .

 

Aluminium extruded to AS 1866:1997

Aluminium coated to AS 3715-2002

Aluminium sections anodised to AS 1231-2000 and complies to corrosion resistance AS 1580.457.1

 

Optional : With Frames , Screen or Wire Mesh

 

Finishing :Anodising and  Powder coating using powder coat powder as per AS3715:2002 Australian Standards for finishing

Coating thickness are greater than 60 microns 

Anodising thickness : 20 microns

Options of 10 years warranty  & 15 years warranty 

Color : Standard colors available and we also accept custom made colors
